The greenhouse is starting to fill up with seedlings as the preparations for the upcoming Fall season begin. Fall may seem far away with the summer heat still beating down on us, but the processes necessary to be organized and productive for the upcoming season start months in advance. There is a tremendous amount of work that goes into planning for the coming year to ensure that fresh produce can make it from the fields to our tables.
