Programs & Events Assistant
Small Places is seeking a dynamic Programs & Events Assistant to work with our General Manager and Programming & Community Outreach Coordinator to facilitate, plan, organize, and maintain the various programmatic activities and events at the farm.
This role will be critical in supporting our team in expanding the number and diversity of educational opportunities, neighborhood programs, community events, and venue rentals we are able to host through the farm.
Farm Apprentice
Small Places is seeking a motivated Farm Apprentice to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our farm producing the highest quality food for our neighbors and community.
Their tasks will include developing skills in year-round, organic vegetable farming in a subtropical climate, including agricultural tasks, running non-profit programing such as education and community events, and distributing fresh produce through our on-farm store and CSA.
