Join one of our Committees to help guide our work in a number of community facing initiatives:

Community Engagementhelp Finca Tres Robles stay connected to our current farm community and expand our reach in the East End. 

Fund Developmentcreate and review the annual fund development plan, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and support the farm’s relationship-building efforts with donors and other supporters.

Salsa de Mayo Planningplan our Annual Salsa de Mayo farm festival and fundraiser.  Subcommittees include Experience & Logistics (Kids’ Area and Vendors), Sponsorship, Volunteer Coordination, Salsa & Tomato Competition, and Marketing.  It takes place every May.

Finca Work Share Cashier Position

Join our vibrant urban farm and community store as a Finca Work Share Cashier and become a vital connection between our fresh produce and the community! This exciting role offers the chance to engage with customers, learn about sustainable agriculture, and contribute to a thriving local food system. You’ll work engaging Wednesday and Saturday shifts, helping to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our store is well-stocked and sparkling. If you’re friendly, customer-service oriented, fluent in conversational Spanish, and can handle standing for long periods and lifting, we want you on our team!

Beyond being part of a passionate community, you’ll gain valuable skills in retail operations, business development, and community building. Plus, enjoy fantastic perks like a gift card for $10/hour worked (up to $300) to spend on anything in the Finca Tres Robles Store, and an exclusive employee discount on all store items.
