Neighborhood Food Access (NFA)
Every two weeks, we deliver fresh, nutritious food—produce, eggs, meats, grains, and more—to 66 households, serving 214 individuals. For many of these families, accessing healthy food is a daily challenge. Your support ensures they can gather around the table with nourishing, home-cooked meals.

Through our Food Prescription Program, created in partnership with St. Mary’s Clinic and El Centro de Corazón, we serve local residents living with diet-related chronic illnesses. By providing access to fresh produce and nutrition resources right here at the farm, we’re helping our community members take control of their health—one meal at a time.

It’s hard to find high-quality, affordable fresh food in our neighborhood, so we’re changing that. Our tiered pricing model at the new farm store makes fresh, local food accessible to everyone. Customers can choose to pay full price or receive a 25% or 50% discount, no questions asked. Because everyone deserves good food grown close to home.
