Soil sin’t the only place we plant seeds. The Energy Institute High School has sent several groups out to the farm this year to learn about various topics. The group we hosted most recently joined us to learn about small scale farming, soil life, water conservation, and the value of knowing more about your place. The students are just beginning to experiment with growing their own food in eco-tower aquaponics systems on their campus. We hope that we could provide some helpful guidance and are excited to hear how their project goes.
