WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO JOIN THE FINCA TRES ROBLES TEAM?
Before joining Finca, I took some time to learn about the project, and I really liked what I saw. But what really made the difference was the people I met during the process — the energy and the way they welcomed me made me feel this was a place I wanted to be part of
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF YOUR WORK?
The biggest challenge is keeping everything behind the scenes moving — vendors, pricing, processes, rules, and all the little things that come up every day — while making sure none of that feels complicated to the customer. I want people to feel comfortable, taken care of, and enjoy their time at the store
WHAT DOES COMMUNITY MEAN TO YOU?
To me, the community feels like one big family — people supporting each other even when we don’t always see things the same way. Life is short, so I believe we should make the most of it, take care of one another, and do what we can to make life a little better for the people around us.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
I have to admit, I work a lot! But when I’m not working, I really enjoy spending time with my family… We also have a small father-daughter project called Maria y Panchetto, where we create memories, have fun, and share our connection together.
