Growing your Home Garden

Through our partnership with AARP, we recently hosted the second class in the Spring EAT. GROW. LEARN. series on how and what to grow in your garden. We spent the morning on the farm discussing various gardening strategies and the seasonal varieties that do best in Houston’s climate. The students were very engaged asking questions and everyone got their hands dirty learning techniques and planting some okra in our beds. There is one class left in the EAT. GROW. LEARN. series so don’t miss out (see below).
