Brine Time: Pickle Everything

Learn to quick pickle nearly anything growing in your garden and some applications outside of delicious, healthful snacking. Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite glass jars and a tote to carry their pickle creations home.

About the Instructors: Kris Sowell and Laurie Harvey are the co-founders of Ladies of Libation, a bar and restaurant consulting group – and Ladies of Libation Luxury Events, an event planning business specializing in memorable celebrations.

At Finca Tres Robles, we strive to make our classes accessible to all who wish to participate and provide scholarships to help make that possible. Weather Cancellation Policy: Classes may be cancelled by Finca Tres Robles in the case of severe weather; however classes will not automatically be cancelled due to rain. Please stay in contact with farm staff if concerned about weather. Classes will be rescheduled as necessary.
