Assistant Farm Manager (Full-time)
Our Assistant Farm Manager will be vital in launching production on the new farm site and supporting our inaugural class of Farm apprentices. They will also support the Farm Manager in the running of the day-to-day farm work, and contribute to the development of improved operations through routines, processes, checklists, record keeping, farming techniques, and farm infrastructure projects.
Farm Apprenticeship (Full-time)
Our Farm Apprentices (2-3) will perform the day to day operations of our high intensity organic vegetable farm. This entry level position offers the opportunity to develop skills in year round, organic vegetable farming in a subtropical climate, including agricultural tasks, running non-profit programing such as education and community events, and selling fresh produce through our on-farm store.
