Farm Manager
The Farm Manager will manage the running of the day-to-day farm work, plan weekly priorities the existing Lead Farm Manager, and contribute to the development of improved operations through routines. They will be vital in updating our farm processes for the new space and leading the transition and launch of production on the new farm site. They will also help develop and support our inaugural class of Farm apprentices.
Farm Appenticeship
Our Farm Apprentices will perform the day to day opera ons of our high intensity organic vegetable farm. This entry level position offers the opportunity to develop skills in year round, organic vegetable farming in a subtropical climate, including agricultural tasks, running non-profit programing such as education and community events, and selling fresh produce through our on-farm store. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in pursuing a career in farming and a willingness to work hard.
