Farm Manager (Full-time)
Our Farm Manager will be vital in launching production on the new farm site and supporting our inaugural class of Farm Apprentices. They will also support the Lead Farm Manager in the running of the day-to-day farm work, and contribute to the development of improved operations through routines, processes, checklists, record keeping, farming techniques, and farm infrastructure projects. This position will transition to taking over the Lead Farm Manager role in the summer.
General Manager (Full-time)
Our General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our initiatives, fostering community engagement, and promoting our mission of community based urban agriculture as a tool for impacting community health. The General Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to support the re-launching of farming and programming operations at the newly constructed facility.
Office Administrator (Part-time)
Our Office Administrator will support our mission by managing the organization’s bookkeeping, donation tracking, and accounts payable and receivable as well as other office and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit financial management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for contributing to meaningful work.
