Los verdes intensos a\u00f1aden magnesio y folato, importantes para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. La cebolla es una buena fibra prebi\u00f3tica para nuestras bacterias intestinales, que necesitamos para ser felices ahora mismo. \u00bfSab\u00edas que gran parte de nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico se encuentra en los intestinos?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Esta receta requiere guisantes verdes congelados, sin embargo, en este momento todo lo que ten\u00eda en mi congelador era una bolsa mixta de guisantes y zanahorias. Agrega la cebolla picada y el ajo picado. Saltee 5 minutos hasta que se ablande. Agregue hojuelas de pimiento rojo, sazone con sal y pimienta.
