Consideramos incre\u00edblemente beneficioso para nosotros, como agricultores, como empresarios, como vecinos y como personas conscientes de nuestro impacto ambiental, saber cu\u00e1nto estamos plantando, cu\u00e1nto consumimos y cu\u00e1nto estamos produciendo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Creemos que la agricultura a peque\u00f1a escala no recibe la atenci\u00f3n que merece porque es raro que se vea en n\u00fameros el impacto real y el rendimiento de incluso un peque\u00f1o espacio dedicado al cultivo de alimentos.
