Como productores, nuestro amor por la comida est\u00e1 incompleto sin personas con quienes compartir este amor. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es una granja sin una comunidad vibrante que interact\u00fae de manera significativa con los alimentos que produce? Cada vez que tra\u00eda a casa la bolsa de la compra llena de aguacates, chill\u00e1bamos de alegr\u00eda porque era noche de guacamole. Era lo que ella traer\u00eda a las fiestas y lo que preparar\u00eda cuando invit\u00e1ramos a amigos, era lo m\u00e1ximo para complacer a la gente y nutrir el alma. Todos los que prueban el guacamole de mam\u00e1 piden la receta y ella siempre est\u00e1 feliz de compartir su amor. Quiz\u00e1s se pregunte qu\u00e9 hizo que su guacamole fuera tan sensacional. El ingrediente secreto: much\u00edsimo, MUCHO ajo \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><em>alimenta 5<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3 aguacates grandes y maduros<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 tomates medianos, cortados en cubitos<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 taza de cilantro finamente picado<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 pimiento picante, en rodajas (\u00a1los serranos, los jalape\u00f1os o las gotas de lim\u00f3n servir\u00e1n!)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 cebolla morada, picada<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 limones en jugo<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 dientes de ajo, finamente picados<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">sal y pimienta para probar<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Retire el aguacate de la piel y trit\u00farelo en un taz\u00f3n hasta obtener la consistencia deseada (\u00a1nos encanta el nuestro con trozos!). Agregue todos los ingredientes, triture y mezcle hasta que todo est\u00e9 incorporado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Consejo de almacenamiento: guarde un hueso del aguacate y col\u00f3quelo en el recipiente de almacenamiento de guacamole con el guacamole restante. \u00a1El hueso evita que el guacamole se dore!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"
