\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo trabajaste en Finca? \u00bfY cu\u00e1l era(n) su(s) puesto(s)?<\/h3>\n

\u201cTrabaj\u00e9 en Finca de febrero de 2017 a febrero de 2020. Comenc\u00e9 como aprendiz (ten\u00eda mucho tiempo para ver el Great British Baking Show) y luego como Gerente de Producci\u00f3n solo un par de meses despu\u00e9s, y durante el resto de mi tiempo all\u00ed. "<\/p>\n

"Ahora soy gerente de producci\u00f3n de hortalizas en Root 5 Farm en Fairlee, VT".<\/p>\n

\u00bfUn recuerdo especial\/evento favorito que tengas de la granja?<\/h3>\n

\u201c\u00a1Organizamos tantos buenos eventos! Los recuerdo con mucho cari\u00f1o, especialmente porque en mi granja actual no hay tanta interacci\u00f3n entre el cliente y la comunidad. Ahora m\u00e1s que nunca me doy cuenta de lo especial que era Finca. Me encantaron las comidas compartidas entre miembros y tripulaci\u00f3n de CSA cuando Tommy tra\u00eda su pan o chutney casero. Siempre fue una de esas cosas. Recuerdo a Jess cocinando nopales por primera vez a la parrilla y c\u00f3mo de alguna manera fue la mejor preparaci\u00f3n de nopales que jam\u00e1s haya experimentado\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es algo que aprendi\u00f3 mientras cultivaba en Finca y que se llev\u00f3 consigo incluso despu\u00e9s de irse?<\/h3>\n

\u201cEsa es una pregunta dif\u00edcil, ya que casi todo lo que aprend\u00ed all\u00ed lo llev\u00e9 conmigo porque todav\u00eda estoy cultivando. Lo \u00fanico que no me he llevado es ning\u00fan conocimiento relacionado con la moringa y la okra, \u00a1ya que aqu\u00ed hace demasiado fr\u00edo para esas cosas!<\/p>\n

\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s m\u00e1s orgulloso de tu paso por Finca?<\/h3>\n

\u201cEstoy orgulloso de haber aprendido tanto en Finca para hacer una carrera en la agricultura. Eso se debe principalmente a que Tommy estaba dispuesto a ense\u00f1arme, a pesar de que yo no ten\u00eda formaci\u00f3n ni experiencia en agricultura.
