Trabajo en Finca desde hace poco m\u00e1s de a\u00f1o y medio. Comenc\u00e9 como voluntario en mayo de 2020\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es un recuerdo especial o evento favorito que haya tenido en la granja?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cUn recuerdo que siempre recordar\u00e9 en la granja es la tormenta invernal de febrero de 2021. El equipo trabaj\u00f3 muy duro la semana anterior a la tormenta en condiciones fr\u00edas y h\u00famedas para darle a la granja la mejor oportunidad de superar la tormenta. Fue un momento dif\u00edcil, pero todos estuvimos a la altura de las circunstancias y nos unimos como un equipo agr\u00edcola. Recuerdo que todos nos acurrucamos en la oficina (contenedor de env\u00edo) para tratar de calentarnos los dedos con nuestros calentadores, mientras Tommy nos daba una charla de \u00e1nimo, antes de regresar a cosechar, lavar y empacar todo lo que pudimos salvar. Estoy agradecido por esos recuerdos y la dedicaci\u00f3n que tiene Finca para mantener esta finca operativa\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 has aprendido sobre la agricultura en Finca que te llevar\u00e1s contigo?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cLa belleza y el poder de la observaci\u00f3n. Parec\u00eda que todo estaba cambiando constantemente en la granja y hab\u00eda que prestar atenci\u00f3n para saber cu\u00e1l era el mejor siguiente paso. Aprend\u00ed a reducir el ritmo, observar y escuchar lo que las plantas, el personal y la comunidad necesitaban para crecer\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s orgulloso de tu tiempo en Finca?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cEstoy orgulloso de haber ayudado a Finca en su \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n en la ubicaci\u00f3n actual. Estoy orgulloso de haber podido construir sobre lo que otros antes que yo hab\u00edan construido y de servir a la comunidad en la que vivo y trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s le entusiasma del futuro de Finca?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\u201cEstoy muy emocionado de ver c\u00f3mo Finca influye en la cultura de la salud en Houston.
