Francisco Rodriguez<\/span>, Store Manager<\/span><\/p>\n Before joining Finca, I took some time to learn about the project, and I really liked what I saw. But what really made the difference was the people I met during the process \u2014 the energy and the way they welcomed me made me feel this was a place I wanted to be part of\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The biggest challenge is keeping everything behind the scenes moving \u2014 vendors, pricing, processes, rules, and all the little things that come up every day \u2014 while making sure none of that feels complicated to the customer. Life is short, so I believe we should make the most of it, take care of one another, and do what we can to make life a little better for the people around us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I have to admit, I work a lot!
