Finca Tres Robles es el nombre de nuestra operaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola aqu\u00ed dentro del circuito 610 en el extremo este de Houston. Es un lote de 1,25 acres (la forma de \u00bc de porci\u00f3n de pastel) a unas 4 millas al este del Ayuntamiento de Houston que estamos alquilando a una empresa del \u00e1rea. Han sido necesarios unos 18 meses para llegar al punto en el que humildemente podemos decir que tenemos una granja. Hemos pasado gran parte de ese \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio (mientras no trabajabamos en nuestro trabajo) investigando, hablando, haciendo preguntas, haciendo una lluvia de ideas, haciendo y luego investigando, hablando, haciendo preguntas, haciendo una lluvia de ideas y haciendo todo de nuevo. No dir\u00eda que ha sido un proceso r\u00e1pido (y todav\u00eda queda mucho trabajo por hacer), pero hemos avanzado constantemente hacia nuestro objetivo de tener una granja funcional en la ciudad.
