You will learn how to create refreshing herbal infusions using techniques like sun tea and cold infusion, and how to bring out both the flavor and benefits of each plant.\nWe will explore a variety of hydrating herbs including hibiscus, marshmallow root, oat straw, tulsi, along with many others, and talk through how they support the body during the warmer months. You will also learn which of these herbs can be easily grown at home so you can build your own living apothecary, with seeds to take home.\nTogether, we will taste blends, experiment with combinations, and create your own personalized blend to take home. This class is all about slowing down, connecting with the season, and learning simple, beautiful ways to care for your body through herbs, food, and ritual.\nAbout the Instructor: Corin is an herbalist and founder of Earthbound Rituals, creating handmade remedies rooted in traditional plant knowledge and seasonal living. They teach approachable, hands-on ways to work with herbs and build simple, nourishing rituals for everyday life.\n\n\n\nAt Finca Tres Robles, we strive to make our classes accessible to all who wish to participate and provide scholarships to help make that possible.
